CloudCertified

Terms of Use

Last updated October 4, 2026

The short version

Who we are and what these terms cover

CloudCertified is made by Austin Dennis, an independent developer ("we", "us"). These terms apply to the CloudCertified apps for iPhone and Android, the cloudcertified.io website, and the services behind them (together, "CloudCertified"). By using CloudCertified you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Who can use CloudCertified

You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.

Your account

You can study the free sample without an account. To sync your progress or subscribe, you sign in with Apple, Google or Microsoft. Keep access to that sign-in secure; you're responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app's settings, which erases your study data in our systems and on that device.

Study content

Our practice questions, explanations, study plans and other content are original material written for CloudCertified. They are not real exam questions, and they don't come from Microsoft or any exam. We work to keep them accurate and current, but exams change and mistakes happen, so we can't guarantee that the content is complete, error-free or up to date, or that using it will lead to a passing score. If you think something is wrong, report it from the question; we review every report.

Microsoft, Azure and related exam names are trademarks of Microsoft. CloudCertified is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Microsoft.

Acceptable use

Use CloudCertified for your own personal study. Don't:

Things you send us

When you report a question or email us, you let us use what you send to review and improve CloudCertified, including by changing our questions. Please don't send real exam questions or anything confidential.

Our rights

CloudCertified and its content belong to us and are protected by copyright and other laws. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the apps and content for your own study, under these terms. We may change, add or remove features and content over time.

Suspension and ending

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing our content or abusing the service. If we end CloudCertified altogether, we'll give reasonable notice in the app. You can stop using CloudCertified at any time.

Disclaimers

CloudCertified is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those stated in these terms, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, and we don't promise the service will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost results, such as an exam outcome. Our total liability for any claim about CloudCertified is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you, and nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived.

Apple and Google

If you use the iPhone app: these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and, to the extent the law allows, has no warranty obligation beyond refunding the purchase price if the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims about the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance and consumer protection claims, and any claim that the app infringes someone's intellectual property. You confirm that you're not in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and not on a U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Google's terms for Google Play apply in the same way to the Android app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and if a change materially affects you, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use CloudCertified after that means you accept the updated terms.
