CloudCertified

Delete your account

You can delete your CloudCertified account and all of its data at any time, in the app or by email. To keep your account and erase only your study data, see below.

In the app (instant)

  1. Open CloudCertified and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account and its data are deleted straight away, and the app resets on that phone. Any other phone signed in to the account erases its copy the next time it connects.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, email support@cloudcertified.io with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address you use to sign in (your Apple, Google or Microsoft account). We'll confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What's deleted

Study data saved only on a phone that never signed in stays on that phone until you delete the app. Copies in our encrypted backups are removed within 35 days. We may keep a minimal record of the deletion request itself.

Delete your study data but keep your account

You can erase your study data for one exam, or all of it, and keep your account, sign-in and subscription.

  1. Open CloudCertified and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Reset study data.
  3. Choose One exam (then pick the exam) or All study data, and confirm.

For that exam, or for every exam, this erases your study plan, answers and progress, case study attempts and scores, saved questions and notes. All study data also erases the question reports you've sent. It's erased from our servers straight away; other phones signed in to the account erase their copy the next time they connect. Your account and subscription stay as they are.

Not signed in? Settings → Reset study data erases the study data saved on that phone only.

Without the app, email support@cloudcertified.io with the subject "Delete my study data", from the email address you use to sign in. Say whether you want one exam's data (and which exam) or all of it erased. We'll confirm and do it within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Your subscription

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription, because Apple or Google bills it. Cancel it first so you aren't charged again:
